Our first Lenten lunch took place on Saturday and was well-attended. Our next one is on Saturday 23rd March and our hosts are Wendy Mellor, Derek & Mary Mcgee and team. Everyone is welcome to come and share a tasty meal (home-made soup and bread & cheese) with friends in aid of our chosen charities in New College Hall from 12 noon to 2.00 p.m.
Do join us in a good cause (two in fact) and bring a friend. Donations this year will go to the NSPCC (St Bees branch) and the Great North Children’s Hospital charity fund at RVI in Newcastle.
